24,000 Scholarship

Our Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program prepares students for a wide variety of professional careers in business, management and public affairs. Our goal is to train the managers and leaders of tomorrow.

In the BSBA degree program, you will learn skills to effectively practice your profession in global and intercultural environments, and to lead with cultural sensitivity, integrity and compassion. The curriculum provides a strong foundation in fundamental topics such as management, finance, research and project management, covering all aspects of businesses and organizations and how they connect.

The Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree program is offered in San Diego by the Alliant School of Management.

Hands-on, Professional Experience

Every course in our Bachelor’s in Business Administration program includes hands-on, experiential and project-based learning to prepare you for professional practice. In your senior year, you’ll also take two business administration courses that immerse you in real-world, hands-on experiences:

  • Capstone Course: In the capstone courses, students will work directly with a company or an organization to apply what they’ve learned in classes to create a comprehensive, professional project such as a case analysis, business plan or portfolio.
  • Professional Practicum: Students will complete a supervised business internship experience that will help them develop concrete skills in preparation for the job market.

Fast-Track Your Master’s Degree

Organizations are growing more complex every day. You can prepare for these challenges – and potentially advance your career – by earning an advanced degree. Students in the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program who meet the necessary requirements will have the option to enroll in one of Alliant’s Fast-Track graduate degree programs. Students can select between two programs:

Students who select a Fast-Track program will spend the last semester of their senior year taking “bridge courses” – graduate-level courses that count toward both the completion of their Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree.
