CSFS Student Ryanne Colbert Wins Dissertation Award from APA Division 18

APA Division 18 dissertation award winner Ryanne Colbert with California School of Forensic Studies Dean Dr. Eric HickeyCalifornia School of Forensic Studies (CSFS) student Ryanne Colbert won a dissertation award from American Psychological Association Division 18, Psychologists in Public Service: Police and Public Safety Section. Her winning dissertation, chaired by Dr. Debbi Glaser, assistant professor, CSFS-LA, is entitled, “Exploring the Ability of Pre-employment Screening Measures to Identify Police Officers who Commit Crimes.” The award was presented to Colbert, a student on the LA campus, at the Police and Public Safety Mini-conference held on August 1, 2012, hosted by the Orlando, FL Police Department.
