| Cyrell Williams is in the process of completing his doctoral thesis in pursuit of his PhD in Organizational Psychology at the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, Los Angeles Campus, under the direction of Systemwide Associate Dean of the Organization Psychology Division, Dr. Jay Finkelman. A key component of William's thesis is to conduct a survey of individuals. He is asking your help in gathering data. The focus of the survey is to ask questions that are important to how people make employment selection decisions with little information. Your participation in this study will contribute to understanding employment selection.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and anonymous. Upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a lottery where you could win a $100 Best Buy gift card, in which one winner will be selected randomly from every 50 participants who take part in the study at the end of the data collection period. Adult Who Experienced Negative Treatment or Abuse As a Child Wanted to Participate in a Study on Childhood Experiences and Current Feelings | If you are 18 years of age or older and experienced negative treatment or abuse in your childhood, you qualify to participate in this study. Participants will be asked to complete an anonymous online questionnaire that will take approximately 20 minutes to complete Participation Criteria - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experienced negative treatment or abuse in childhood.
- Live in the United States.
