The TLI Faculty Development Workshops emphasize promoting best practices in teaching and learning among faculty. Technology integration into the learning environment is also a strong focus of our workshops. All workshops are offered for free to core, non-core, and adjunct faculty at Alliant International University. 
During the 2005-2006 academic year, two faculty development workshop series were held at four Alliant campuses while four other workshop series were provided at the San Diego campus. At the conclusion of each workshop, faculty who attended completed a brief online survey, and the majority of those who responded felt the workshops were valuable and recommended them to other colleagues.
