The Work that the doctoral students from the Center performed here and for one of our partner facilities in Nashville, TN (the Mental Health Cooperative) addressed many areas of need for us, including projects in consumer psychology (our marketing strategies using the internet), human factors (issues to be aware of when promoting our internet-based prescribing system to busy physicians who may have limited computer skills), survey design (customer opinion and satisfaction surveys), and personnel selection (a system for selection of case management workers). The academic perparation that the students exhibited is a true testimonial to the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Program at AIU.

A team of consultants from the Center served as a task force to analyze the data from an Internet-based survey and to conduct telephone interviews which further probed respondent attitudes and opinions. The project was for the San Diego Software and Internet Council. The work of the CAOP consultants was excellent and on-schedule. They did great!
