Specialties and Interests

  • My research interests are primarily in leadership, diversity management and intergroup relations. The research in leadership mainly focuses on charismatic leadership, leadership emergence in leaderless group discussions, cross-cultural issues of leadership. My other interest area, intergroup relations, focuses on prejudice and intergroup bias, crossed categorization, the personalization model, and intergroup attributions.
