  • AGUILAS, Inc San Francisco, California Title:  Executive Director Responsibilities:  To oversee all operations and corporate matters of AGUILAS, Inc and it's program El Ambiente, an HIV prevention program for Latino gay bisexual men.  Hire, supervise and train staff, represent the organization to funding agencies, write grants, oversee all fiscal and procedural matters of the corporation and report to the Board of Directors of AGUILAS, Inc.

  • Clinical and Consulting Psychologist Private Practice Clinical Psychological Services to individuals, children, and families, including psychotherapy, group therapy,  psychological assessments and consultation, services. Consultation Services to organizations, agencies and community groups, training in clinical procedures and organizational design consulting in starting up health oriented programs with a community focus, conducting evaluation and research activities.

1988-1989

  • Bayview Hunter's Point Foundation San Francisco, California Title: Coordinator of Program Development Responsibilities:  To develop and implement new programs within the Bayview Hunter's Point Foundation, conduct research and evaluation, and participate in the administration of the  Foundation.  To conduct program planning, write grants, develop new projects, train staff and consult with the program directors with regard to new projects.
