Flu Pandemic Information for San Diego Campus
Alliant International University is a participant in HACOT (Health Advisory Committee on Threats) for San Diego County.
This workgroup of representatives from college and university health centers throughout the county meets regularly to discuss emergency planning for the possibility of the pandemic flu in the area.

Parking Permits Information FY 08-09
We would like to communicate to our faculty, staff, and students that the 2008-2009 parking permits will be available on August 20, 2008. Please follow the procedures below to obtain your parking permit.
Parking Permits are available in M-18 Student Business Services. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm. An application form is required and must be completed before a permit can be obtained. The Student Business Services Office will have the information available at the time of purchase.
Parking Permit enforcement:
Parking Permit Enforcement will begin September 15, 2008. Faculty and staff will be picking up permits in M-12 Public Safety. Hours are 7am-7pm, M-F. Students will purchase parking permits in the Student Business Services Office in M-18.
If you are a Student at the Scripps Ranch Campus:
You will need to bring all information regarding your vehicle, your driver’s license and a form of payment for a parking permit. The price for student parking permits is $60.00 per semester. If a student lives on campus in the resident halls, they may purchase a permit for “Residents”. These permits are the same as a regular permit, but can be used to park in the resident halls parking lots and other permit parking lots on campus.
If you are a Faculty, Adjunct Faculty or Staff:
You may obtain your pass in M-12, Public Safety Office. There is no fee for Faculty and Staff. Please bring a parking permit application filled out ahead of time to save time.
If you are a dissertation student, alumni, or visitor:
And no longer taking classes at the Scripps Ranch campus, but are conducting university business, you may requests a free one-day visitor parking pass to park on campus each day you are here. This includes visiting the library, your dissertation chair, admissions, financial aid or any other university business office. Visitor passes can be obtained in M-12 Public Safety Office, Admissions, Office of the President, Information booth, or the Welcome Center when opened. The Public Safety Office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week were one day passes are always available..
