How to find off-campus housing
 | The Office of Housing and Residence Life on Alliant's Scripps Ranch Campus in San Diego maintains a bulletin board to advertise off-campus housing options. You will find this bulletin board just outside of the cafeteria in MacDonald Hall. | Cost of Local Housing Our campus is located to the northeast, and about 20 to 30-minutes driving time, from downtown San Diego (pictured here). For a map of San Diego neighborhoods, click this link. We are located amidst the northeastern neighborhoods. In the area around our campus, you can expect to pay between $700 and $1,000 per month plus utilities (gas and electricity) for an unfurnished, one bedroom apartment. Most landlords will require you to sign a lease for six to 12 months. This contract is binding for both sides.
