While each Alliant campus is home to faculty from multiple schools, potential students are most interested in learning about those affiliated with the school and/or program they are considering. To find out more about your faculty, please explore the school links below: California School of Professional Psychology Graduate School of Education Marshall Goldsmith School of Management | | Just as the curriculum and environment of Alliant International University celebrate all that is multicultural, so does our faculty. That is nowhere more true than here in San Diego. Both of the two San Diego campuses, Scripps Ranch and Cornerstone, host faculty members from multiple Alliant schools and educational centers: the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, the Graduate School of Education and the Center for Undergraduate Education.
Our professors hail from every part of the United States and demonstrate the same, rich diversity that is one of the strengths of our country. In addition, many Alliant professors are originally from other countries and bring a diversity of international values and attitudes to our classrooms. As a group, our faculty have studied and worked in nearly every corner of the globe. Their research interests demonstrate the same diversity as their backgrounds. One of the strengths of the Alliant faculty is a balance between theory and application. Many professors actively practice their professions in addition to teaching. This practical orientation is reflected in the curricula at Alliant, courses and field experiences which prepare students for active careers, often begun with the help of professors who are established in similar careers. Core faculty members are employed on a half-time to full-time basis. In addition to teaching responsibilities, faculty members chair dissertation/doctoral project committees, advise students, and handle other administrative and dissertation committee duties.
