Steps to Request a Diploma:

1. Refer to the Diploma Policy for detailed information about the diploma that you are eligible to order depending on when and from which institution your degree was conferred.
   
2. Download the Alumni Request for a Reissued or Replacement Diploma here! For your convenience, we have placed a downloadable request form here on this web site.
   
3. Fill out the form completely. If you are unable to download the form, please contact the Campus Registrar's Office and a form will be mailed to you.
   A request for a diploma must bear the signature of the individual whose permanent record is involved. If the name is typed or printed only, the request cannot be honored. This policy is in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (Buckley Amendment).
   
4. Include a check made payable to Alliant International University. Reissued and Replacement Diploma fees are as follows:
   
   Reissued Diploma: $10.00 each
   Replacement Diploma: $55.00 each
   
   Processing time is 4-8 weeks from the time the request is received except at the beginning or end of sessions when more time may be required to fill all requests.
   
   Diploma requests will not be processed until payment is received and all Business Office Holds and Financial Aid Holds are cleared.
   
5. Mail your request to the campus you attended.
