Ph.D., 1980; Indiana University Research interests: language and cognition, discourse pragmatics, inclusive pedagogy.
Dr. Webb is a nationally renowned expert on language and cognition, sociolinguistics, bilingual instruction and equitable pedagogy. She is widely published, and her expertise as an applied linguist is sought worldwide. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Examiners for the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education.

Ed.D., 1996: University of Louisville Research Interests: leadership and crisis, First year teachers, shared governance, instructional strategies for the university professor. Dr. Day has served in various leadership roles throughout public education in support of learning for all students. A former principal, her work has focused on the equitable and responsible implementation of high standards for students, faculty, and administration. She has designed numerous collaborative efforts among educational institutions, private and public enterprises, and engaged stakeholders.

EdD, 1990; United States International University Research interests: TESOL theory and practice; integration of technology and second language instruction; program and curriculum design. Dr. Butler Pascoe is an accomplished educator and curriculum development specialist. She is well-known internationally for her publications, presentations and teacher training in the area of TESOL theory and methodology and curriculum and program development. She has extensive international experience in these areas, and she has lived and taught in Japan, Ghana, Ethiopia, Mexico, the Kingdom of Jordan and England.

PsyD, 1998; United States International University Research Interests: School-based mental health services; childhood mood, anxiety and behavior disorders; and child maltreatment issues.
Dr.
Fisher is a licensed clinical psychologist, as well as a credentialed
school psychologist. He has thirty years experience working with
children, adolescents, families and school staffs. He is skilled in
assessing individuals with unique needs and successfully facilitating
the development and implementation of services and accommodations to
increase an individual’s potential for academic and workplace success.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in program development and
schoolwide change.
