| * All undergraduate students will be automatically enrolled in and billed for Alliant's student injury and sickness plan every semester. Students may elect to waive the Alliant coverage and be credited for the charge if they meet the following criteria: they must present proof of private coverage in the form of an official enrollment card from their insurance company; private policy must cover the student through the entire semester; the student must complete a Health Insurance waiver; and the student must submit the completed waiver and proof of insurance to the Student Business Services no later than the published deadline for each semester. |
