International Business Administration (BS) - Southwestern College campus
Program Overview Recognizing that the growing economic interdependence between nations has created an acute need for international course offerings and knowing the growing worldwide demand for graduates with greater managerial capability in transnational business and economics, the Division of Business and Management of the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University has collaborated with the Center for Undergraduate Education to develop the Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration. This degree program will provide you with the both knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your career. Practical application of what has been learned in the classroom receives a very strong emphasis. This program is located on Alliant's "University within a College" on Southwestern College campus in Chula Vista.
Overview of the Curriculum The BS in International Business Administration prepares you for advanced study and entry-level professional positions. Courses in the program provide you a liberal and intercultural education; an understanding of business, management, information systems and technology, and the overall dynamics of organizations; skill in critical thinking; and competence in interpersonal, oral, written, quantitative and computer skills.

Minors A flexible minor program in any of the six undergraduate majors offered in San Diego through the Goldsmith School's Division of Business and Management may be developed in consultation with an academic advisor. Minors are also available in any undergraduate major offered in other departments at Alliant International University. Alumni Graduates of the program hold managerial positions in the United States and around the world. Multinational corporations, import-export firms, and governmental agencies are some of the employers who have sought out Alliant graduates with a background in International Business Administration.
