Requirements for Admission: PhD and PsyD programs

Now Accepting Applications for August 2010.  

Applications are accepted until the program is full. 

Materials to Submit

• Completed application forms: both form A and form B
• $70 non-refundable application fee (fee waiver may be available to qualified applicants)
• Original transcripts from all undergraduate institutions you have attended
• Two letters of recommendation with Alliant forms.
• GPA exemption petition (only if your GPA is below 3.0)
• Essay (see application forms for topic)
• Course descriptions, syllabi and petition form (if you are requesting credit for previous graduate work)
• If English is not your first language, you must submit verification of English proficiency (TOEFL and TWE)
• Submission of your Graduate Record Exam (GRE) score is not required. However if you have taken or plan to take the GRE, you may submit your score with or as an addendum to your application.
