Title: Two Core Faculty Positions: Clinical Psychology Ph.D. Program, California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University, San Diego campus

Summary:

The Ph.D. faculty invite applications for two anticipated full-time faculty appointments. The successful applicant will have research interests that intersect with areas of current faculty strength (e.g., multicultural, health, forensics, family, assessment and evidence based intervention). We are particularly interested in adding expertise in health and child/adolescent psychology. Interest in teaching courses such as psychometrics & research design desired. Rank open.

Qualifications: Completion of Ph.D and clinical internship at APA accredited programs; license-eligibility in California. The successful applicant will have demonstrated teaching excellence, understanding of diversity-related issues, clinical expertise, and a commitment to productive scholarship. The Ph.D. program offers scholar-practitioner clinical training and is housed within Alliant International University, which endorses professional practice, competency based training models. The CALIFORNIA SCHOOL OF PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGY (CSPP) at Alliant International University offers APA-accredited doctoral programs (PsyD and PhD) in Clinical Psychology at five campuses in California, COAMFTE-accredited master’s and doctoral programs in Marital and Family Therapy at four campuses in California, a national postdoctoral master’s program in psychopharmacology, and international programs in Hong Kong, Japan and Mexico.

 

CSPP’s mission is to provide the highest quality education, training, research and service in professional psychology and related human service fields.
