"It is impossible to put into words how great my classes are going. The kids are rising to challenges that they never thought possible, they love being in my class and are doing really great work. I love getting up in the morning and coming to work! These kids amaze me every single day... I would like to thank each of you personally for shaping me into the teacher that I am!"

Educational Leadership

Educational Leadership

LEAD THE WAY TO POSITIVE CHANGE

At HSOE, we have a singular mission: to foster impactful leaders. Our graduate programs in Educational Leadership and Management cultivate educational professionals who activate positive change in environments where change itself is the only constant.

TWO PROGRAMS, MULTIPLE PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS

We offer two graduate programs:

Our MAE: Administration with the optional Administrative Services Credential (Preliminary) prepares practicing educators for a career in Pre-K–12 school administration, with optional credentialing in California.

The EdD program prepares administrators and leaders for every learning environment, including international, from public schools to educational nonprofits to government and business. It also paves the way to a career in higher education as a professor or university administrator.

COMPLETE COURSEWORK AT YOUR CONVENIENCE

For the convenience of working professionals, all our Leadership and Management programs deliver weekend, evening and online coursework in a blended model.

MODEL FOR EXCELLENCE

Our graduate programs model lifelong support group establishment and maintenance. Faculty and students engage, identify, establish, inform, advance and nurture this cohort of educational leadership.
