Educational Leadership and Management
LEAD THE WAY TO POSITIVE CHANGE
At the Hufstedler School of Education, we have a singular mission: to foster impactful leaders. Our graduate programs in Educational Leadership and Management cultivate educational professionals who activate positive change in environments where change itself is the only constant.
TWO PROGRAMS, MULTIPLE PROFESSIONAL PATHWAYS
We offer two graduate programs designed for working professionals, with all coursework on weekends, evenings or online:
- Master of Arts in Education (M.A.E.) in Educational Administration
Our M.A.E. in Educational Administration with the optional Administrative Services Credential (Preliminary) prepares practicing educators for a career in Pre-K–12 school administration, with optional credentialing in California.
- Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Management
The Ed.D. program prepares administrators and leaders for every learning environment, including international, from public schools to educational nonprofits to government and business. It also paves the way to a career in higher education as a professor or university administrator.
