APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Online Graduate Application Form
Required for all applicants.

2. Non-refundable $65 Application Fee
Required for all applicants.

3. Psychology License Verification
Required for all applicants. Please note the program requires psychology license verification in lieu of official transcripts.

Applicants must submit written proof from the State Board of Examiners that the applicant holds a current, valid license in good standing as a doctoral level psychologist. The applicant may not be on probation for any reason. A copy of the applicant's current license will suffice.

Applicants who graduated from an APA-accredited psychology doctoral program and who are preparing to take a state licensing exam should contact the Program Director, who must individually review and approve each candidate for admission.

4. Curriculum Vita or Resume

Required for all applicants.

Applicants must submit an abbreviated curriculum vita or resume that summarizes the applicant's professional activities.
