Organizations are faced with a human energy crisis some 40 years in the making. Demand on the lives of employees is increasing relentlessly while individual capacity is falling behind. Decades of research in health and psychology has produced strong findings about how people lose energy and how they can get it back. At this event, some good news will be provided about the most effective ways to increase your own energy and resilience to stress and what you can do to help your clients with theirs. You’ll even receive a free stress management assessment. Featuring:
  • Dr. Kevin Narramore received his PhD in organizational psychology from CSPP and for the past 18 years has served clients in the educational, hospitality, credit union, broadcasting and computer industries and the nonprofit sector out of his consulting practice, the Narramore Group.
  • Dr. Kenneth M. Nowack is a licensed psychologist, president and chief wellness officer of LifeHub, Inc. and president and chief research officer of Envisia Learning. Nowack has extensive experience in the areas of stress, coping, resilience and psychological well-being.
