With an academic background in sustainable tourism and the psychology of sustainability, her research and consulting interests focus on sustainable marketing of tourism and integrated form of place marketing and community building.
She is faculty member at Alliant International University in San Diego where she teaches consumer psychology, sustainable marketing and supervises doctoral students in International Marketing.
Dr. Jamrozy received her Ph.D. from Clemson University, SC, and before Alliant International University, has been on the faculty at Appalachian State University, NC and Texas A&M University, TX.
She has published in journals such as the Annals of Tourism Research and International Journal of Culture, Tourism, and Hospitality Research, as well as in books on Sustainable Tourism. She finds meaning in her work and life through creating and marketing livable places and lifestyles in sustainable communities.
